The EVS SVCS Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of our operations. A primary responsibility in this role will be to support the team by ensuring that the operation is consistently stocked with clean glassware, utensils, and supplies. Additionally, you will assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after operating hours, ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and the space is impeccably clean. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash to ensure a hygienic environment.

• Ensure that the bar is consistently stocked with clean glassware, utensils, and supplies, anticipating the needs of the bartending team during busy periods.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of the operation before and after operating hours, including arranging bottles, garnishes, and other bar equipment in a visually appealing manner.

• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate with management when additional stock is needed to prevent shortages during service.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service, promptly responding to requests and providing support as needed.

• Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, to ensure a safe working environment for staff and patrons.

• Clean and sanitize floors throughout the bar, including sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.

• Ensure that the restroom facilities are clean, stocked with supplies, and maintained throughout the shift, including wiping down surfaces, restocking toilet paper and soap dispensers, and emptying trash receptacles.

• Provide support in setting up and breaking down the nightclub before and after events, including arranging furniture, decorations, and other equipment to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.

• Respond promptly to cleaning requests, particularly those involving vomit, blood, urine, or other bodily fluids, ensuring the area is sanitized and safe for patrons and staff.

• Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning supplies to safely and effectively manage biohazardous situations.

• Follow established protocols and procedures for the containment, removal, and disposal of bodily fluids, adhering to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with club standards, contributing to a positive environment for members and guests.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing friendly and courteous service to guests and fellow team members.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes within the bar area, contributing to overall success.
